Peace and blessings for god beautiful creation, and for all those who have been blessed with their hands by touching this book of poetry. Poetry has a profound way of reaching our hearts, minds, and souls. The creator inspired my words of wisdom as well as to understand why I choose to write on these different to-pics of rhythms. It is very important for all humans to understand why we move around the way we do, and why it is important to know how to move around as who you represent yourself to be. So, I, Queen Roshaunda have been inspired to write this book of pods to bring clarity and strong understanding pertaining to this topic “RHYTHMS” of what it’s all about.

I would like to first give thanks to our beautiful creator in the heavens and the supreme master of the earth for allowing me to express my way of thinking on paper. Had I not kept the creator the main focus and center of my life, it would no way be even possible for me to write as of now! I, Roshaunda Alexander, grew up in the inner cities of Los Angeles, California, the place to learn about life and living every moment and every second of life. I am very proud to have had the best of parents on earth, Shirley Alexander and Thaddis Alexander, who always showed from example never to give up! Furthermore, I must let the world know I am a proud mother of my daughter, Ameerah Naajidah Bilil, who has taught me so much just having you around.
